Our sauna features a state-of-the-art propane stove designed for superior convective heat (up to 90 degrees Celsius), which circulates evenly throughout the space, unlike the radiant heat of traditional wood stoves. With precise controls, you can adjust the temperature with a simple turn of a dial and feel the difference within minutes.
More Efficient Contrast Therapy
Using just 6 liters per minute, our cold shower provides enough water for up to 25 1-min rinses, minimizing waste. Unlike cold plunges that require 200-300 liters of water, our system offers a hygienic, beginner-friendly solution. Enjoy the same therapeutic benefits of reduced inflammation and boosted circulation—all without sharing water!
Convenience Without Sacrificing Quality
Our self-contained sauna requires no external power, water, or fuel, allowing us to bring a premium experience to your chosen location. With delivery, setup, and heating all included, you simply step in and enjoy. We also provide towels! Comfortably seating 9-10 guests, we are larger than other mobile saunas and offer additional amenities, like our pop-up lounge area.
Thoughtful, Eco-Friendly Design
We built our sauna with Japanese cedar. Sourced using the centuries-old Daisugi forestry method, which allows trees to regenerate without being cut down, it ensure minimal environmental impact. Our stove eliminates smoke and harmful particulates, providing a clean, efficient burn, while our built-in cold shower conserves water, using a fraction of what cold plunges require.

Safety is built into every detail: our propane stove means no interrupting your sweat to feed a fire. It features a thermostat, timer, auto shut-off, and a double-walled design to prevent accidents. Plus, the closed system eliminates smoke and ensures clean, consistent heat while maintaining air quality and good ventilation. All stove components are CSA-approved.
